BONUS TIME
The Bonus Time Program allows Silverleaf* owners to schedule 1- to 3-night stays at eligible Silverleaf* resorts all throughout the year, based on availability. This benefit is extended to owners in addition to the fixed deeded week.
Owners are eligible to schedule Bonus Time at all eight of the Lodge Getaway resorts PLUS the additional four Club Destination resorts (a total of twelve).
Bonus Time reservations may be requested up to 14 days in advance of the arrival date.
Bonus Time reservations may be requested for one, two, OR three consecutive nights at a time. Sunday through Thursday nights are absolutely FREE; Friday and Saturday nights are available for only $39.95 per night.
Bonus Time check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Back to back Bonus Time reservations are not permitted. Once a Bonus Time stay is completed, there must be at least seven (7) days from check-out date to the next check-in date.
Confirmed Bonus Time reservations that are not canceled at least 48 hours prior to check-in are subject to a $50 fee. This fee is also assessed when the guest does not check in on time.
Bonus Time reservations may be requested by phone or may be placed online. When making a request, one of the following will happen:
1. If an availability exists, the reservation will be confirmed and you will receive a confirmation number.
2. If an availability does not exist, you will be asked to provide your top three choices of resorts for your requested dates. If an opening becomes available, you will be contacted and asked if you wish to accept the reservation. There is no penalty for declining a reservation.
Membership/Deed Transfer:
1. Transfer of membership/deed will be conducted by Silverleaf* Title Services. The one-time deed transfer fee of $250 represents all closing costs for this transaction, and is payable by the buyer. Units have a queen size bed in each bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in living area. Many units are also equipped with wood-burning or gas-burning fireplaces.
Members are able to exchange their 7-night deeded week with other Silverleaf* Resorts (based on availability) through Silverleaf’s in-house exchange program. This way, the owner can schedule a vacation during a different week, and even at a different Silverleaf* Resort (12 resorts to choose from). In-house exchanges may be scheduled up to one year in advance.
These deeds are also part of Silverleaf's Bonus Time Program. This program allows the owner to schedule (up to 14 days in advance) 1- to 3-night stays at any of 12 Silverleaf* Resorts, Sunday through Thursday nights absolutely FREE! Friday and Saturday night stays are available for only $39.95 per night. Bonus time vacations are confirmed based on availability, and are available all year around.
1) Silverleaf owners of fixed deeded weeks have the option of doing one of the following with their deeded week:
1. A. Actually use your 7-night stay during your fixed week at your own resort.
B. Bank (or "deposit") your deeded week with Silverleaf* and make a request for an in-house exchange. If space is available, you can (by depositing your deeded week) reserve a seven-night stay during a different week...and even at a different Silverleaf* resort.
(2) Owners are eligible to request in-house exchanges at all eight of the Lodge Getaway resorts PLUS the additional four Club Destination resorts (a total of twelve).
(3) In-house exchange reservations may be requested up to one year in advance of the arrival date.
(4) In-house exchange reservations may be requested by phone or may be placed online. When making a request, one of the following will happen:
A. If an availability exists, the reservation will be confirmed and you will receive a confirmation number.
B. If an availability does not exist, your request will be held until a vacancy becomes available. If an opening becomes available, you will be contacted and asked if you wish to accept the reservation.
(5) There is a one-time processing fee of $75 for each in-house exchange request.
